Triple-Stage Advanced Filtration

Aquabyte 800G features a 3-stage filtration system designed to eliminate up to 99% of harmful contaminants, ensuring safe and crisp water:

Polypropylene (PP) Filter – Removes sediment, rust, and large particles.

Warranty: AquaByte for Business includes an Unlimited Warranty Period that remains active as long as the business subscription is maintained. Businesses can enjoy complete peace of mind—if the product experiences a malfunction that cannot be resolved, simply return the defective unit, and AquaByte will promptly ship a replacement free of charge.

Shipping: AquaByte will charge one-time shipping fee for the water purifier. Frequent shipping of replacement filters are free and with expedited options too.

Returns: We offer a risk-free 30 day workspace trial period so you can be sure AquaByte is right for you. Returns are free and easy - simply reach out via support@aquabyte.store and we'll be happy to assist with a prepaid return label.

1) Subscription & Billing

• Monthly Charges: Your subscription begins on the purchase date. The first month is billed immediately, and subsequent months are billed on the same calendar day each month.
  
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
  
• Billing Issues: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or contact you to update payment information.
  

2) Cancellation

• How to Cancel:
  Via the Customer Portal (recommended), or
  By emailing support@aquabyte.store from the account email on file.
  
• Notice Period: Please submit cancellation at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of your next billing date. This ensures proper processing and avoids last-minute charges.
  
• Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the required thirty (30) calendar day notice. Services and billing will continue until that effective cancellation date.

3) Returns (Water Purifier Hardware)

• When your cancellation is processed, AquaByte will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the water purifier (and any included accessories).
  
• You must return the purifier within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the label.
  
• Please follow the return instructions included with the label to ensure proper processing.

4) Failure to Return Equipment

• If the subscription is canceled and a return label is issued, but AquaByte does not receive the purifier within thirty (30) calendar days, a $300 USD one-time penalty fee will be charged to the same credit card used for monthly subscription payments.
  
• If the purifier is eventually returned after the penalty is applied, AquaByte may provide a partial refund of the penalty, depending on the condition and timing of the return.

5) Filter Replacement & Maintenance

• How to Request a Filter Change: Email support@aquabyte.store and specify the exact filter(s) you need (e.g., PP, CB, RO).
  
• When to Change Filters: Replace filters if you observe any of the following:
  The three filter status indicator lights at the bottom of the front dashboard show a replacement is due;
  TDS readings are outside normal levels for your water quality;
  Slow/clogged dispensing or a noticeable drop in flow rate.
  
• Automatic Filter Shipments (Default):
  PP & CB filters: Shipped every six (6) months by default.
  RO filter: Shipped once every twelve (12) months by default.
  If you do not email us to request a different schedule, these filters will be sent automatically on the default cadence above.

6) Termination by AquaByte

• AquaByte reserves the right to terminate the subscription service at any time, without the subscriber’s consent.
  
• If termination is due to an AquaByte-related issue or fault, the subscriber will not be required to return the purifier, and no fees or penalties will be charged.
  
• If termination is due to other reasons, the standard return and penalty policies outlined above will apply.

7) Changes to This Policy

• AquaByte may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”

8) Legal Disclaimer

• This Subscription & Cancellation Policy is subject to and governed by all applicable local, state, and federal consumer protection laws. Where such laws impose stricter requirements, those laws shall prevail over any conflicting terms in this policy.
